Collins, CPA who operated as a sole proprietor until the practice was incorporated in 1982. In 1991, the name was changed to Collins & Company, P.C. when his sons Michael Jr. and Brian became shareholders. Today the firm has five full-time Team Members and provides tax and accounting services for over 1,500 businesses and individuals in Southeastern Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey.
